Kerry McDonald writes, “Instead of waiting for instructions from authorities, enterprising parents and entrepreneurial teachers are joining forces and taking initiative.” Good! It’s what any responsible parent should have been doing all along. Why would anyone want to turn their children’s education over to the government?
